Carol Lavelle Snow Biography |
The Search for Hezekiah's Gold is a humorous, western novel set in ColoradoTerritory Hezekiah stumbles into a saloon at midnight and hands out clues to the location of his gold mine. Then he disappears; and the inhabitants of the saloon, in the spirit of It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, take off across the mountains in search of Hezekiah's Gold. "This was an enjoyable read. The characters are rounded and interesting. Carol Lavelle has crafted a fine story that clearly respects the reader's intelligence, allowing room for his or her participation in the conclusion."
